The Bill (Reg.№5069) directed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine envisages broadening of the authority of the central and local executive authorities and other state bodies, local self-governing bodies regarding the leading of the mobilization tasks (orders)to the enterprises, organizations and institutions irrespective of their ownership form.
The Members of the Committee upheld the Bill, adoption of which would facilitate the improvement of the normative-legal base on matters of mobilization tasks (orders) leading to the enterprises and organization in peacetime.
